6/16 I visited this restaurant as a family of 6 to celebrate my niece's graduation from middle school. The restaurant design is less than basic, but clean and the food presentation was decent. The issue started at the door!! My niece, her mother and grandparents were already seated and had begun eating when we arrived and so after we greeted them, we went to the counter to figure out our own food. We were told in a somewhat aggressive manner that we could not join out party ar their table due to them having paid for buffet. No one explained the difference between buffet dining and take out when we arrived. My mother ordered take out after being told we couldn't sit with our party and I got buffet. We proceeded to join our group. We were then informed that because my mother got take out she had to sit at a different table and that I would need to sit at another table because my 2 hour clock started after the family (again, no one mentioned that we were being timed prior to being seated). Shortly after, my sister offered my mother a taste of teriyaki chicken from her plate. The taste was a 1 inch cube of chicken. We were then approached by a manager who informed us tha

Visited on a Thursday evening and only had to wait on one other person to be served. Server made good suggestions and food was good. The butter garlic shrimp and general tso chicken will definitely be my go 2

Older Asian man, teaching his employees to scam, sign says 3 combo for 10.75 including a base with noodles at an extra cost. I ask why they only gave me noodles and two items and she says that’s all it come with. I point to the sign and they say it’s always been 3 items including the base. They better change that next time I go in because otherwise they some scammers for real, charging me extra for a third item. Trying to make me look stupid. Edit: they responded with saying I got three items but not referencing how much I paid, it cost me much more than 10.75, almost 17 dollars after the extra noodles and an extra item cost…mind you I’m okay paying extra for noodles but not paying extra for a 3rd item when it was suppose to be included.

Great service, very friendly staff , food is extremely tasty however I miss the self service of a real buffet. I highly recommend if you’re carrying out but self service buffet I wouldn’t , what happens if it’s busy and there’s only one cashier who’s doing everything ( cashing, serving, etc ) ?
